My experience dealing with A Piece of Israel was overwhelmingly positive and I look forward to ordering from them again for future smachot.
“It was two and a half weeks before my parent’s anniversary and it finally occurred to me what it was I wanted to get them. Their challah board for 30 years had just broken, and I thought what could be more surprising, timeless and meaningful than getting them a personalize one to mark 30 successful years of marriage? I came upon A Piece of Israel’s site as the first search option. Within moments of browsing their site, I knew right then that this was the right company for my special order.
I sent them an email and the very next day, they called me back. I was assured my order could be made exactly to my liking, and that it would be shipped out in time. The day after, I outlined what it was I wanted and by the following day they had a mock up. (This was all just around Purim mind you!). A mere 4 days after the idea had come to me, my challah board was in the process of getting made and it was shipped shortly thereafter.
Unfortunately, it took the challah board longer than expected to get to me. However I was in constant communication with Adam and Yehudah. They could have taken a wait-and-see approach, and ask for a little more time and patience, but instead, they were proactive. They made calls on my behalf and were even coming up with alternative solutions if need be. This was in no way their fault, and yet they still kept the lines of communication open and were willing to do what they could to keep the customer happy.
My challah board finally arrived and opening it up, I was like a kid on Chanukah. It was done exactly to my specifications and was a gift I was excited and proud to give my beloved parents. The look on my mom’s face, who truly was not expecting this, was one that I hope to never forget. From an impulsive idea to the big reveal, my experience dealing with A Piece of Israel was overwhelmingly positive and I look forward to ordering from them again for future smachot.”
