Thank you for helping me design and create the most beautiful challah board I have ever seen.

Your business really does create the most unique gifts that come from the heart. While most gifts have a shelf life of months or years, A Piece of Israel creates beautiful pieces that are fit to become family heirlooms. They are traditional gifts that can be showcased to friends and family at Shabbat dinners, festivals and other special occasions. I’m so excited for my challah board to become a part of my family Shabbat dinners. It will become a defining part of my Shabbat table and remind me of special memories it has been a part of.

When I approached A Piece Of Israel to purchase the challah board, I explained we had a very short time frame to create it. Despite this, you were committed to expediting my order, creating the challah board and shipping it to me in Australia in time for the date I needed it by (less than 3 weeks from the time we first spoke). Your commitment to helping me receive it in time relieved me of the stress and worry that I would be gift-less by an important date. More so, your ongoing communication and status updates gave me confidence we were on the right track. Each time I saw your name in my inbox I felt assured my challah board would arrive in time. You provided me updates on the production, completion, shipping and arrival of my challah board. 10 days after our first conversation my challah board arrived at my office in Australia. I don’t think I’ve received orders from Amazon arrive in that short a period of time!

I loved the design process. You provided me with options on every component of the challah board – from font colour, size and style (in Hebrew and English!) through to the materials we could use and the graphics we could engrave. Literally every component of the challah board could be customised. You were patient with my many requests to trial different styles, fonts, pictures and layouts which allowed me to perfect the product. You were only too happy to try combinations of fonts and graphics. This allowed me to create the perfect product which I absolutely love.

The quality of the product is evident from the sheer weight of the challah board alone. It is a solid piece of stone, incredibly sturdy and highly durable which gives me confidence it will be used by my family for many years to come. I feel as though I literally do have ‘a piece of Israel’ in my home.

You really have given me a gift like no other that is built to last a lifetime.
